What does the warranty cover?
- Broken clasps
- Defective chains, bracelets, or pendants
- Missing stones
The lifetime warranty does not cover:
- Lost or stolen jewelry
- Damaged jewelry from improper wear or care
How to submit a claim:
email us a photo of the item along with your order number. We'll issue a one-time replacement. If we no longer carry the item we'll issue store credit for the value. We cannot replace items without a photo.
