Our lifetime warranty covers all products sold through

What does the warranty cover?

  • Broken clasps
  • Defective chains, bracelets, or pendants
  • Missing stones
  • Fading

The lifetime warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or stolen jewelry
  • Damaged jewelry from improper wear or care

How to submit a claim:

email us a photo of the item along with your order number. We'll issue a one-time replacement. If we no longer carry the item we'll issue store credit for the value. We cannot replace items without a photo.
